ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES FROM US
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order.
The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.
We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
REFUSING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.
Renovo accepts payment by a number of convenient options; the available options are presented as you process through the ‘check out’ when purchasing online.

WEBSITE AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using Stripe. Stripe provides a financially secure and compliant solution with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1; the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund.
Should you have any issues with your purchase, you are able to return your product to us under our standard terms.
Any refunds made by Renovo will be made to the card that you used to pay for your goods and may take up to seven (7) days.
All prices listed on www.hawkeye.kiwi are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for Renovos Returns Policy. For a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.
Any unopened items still in its original packaging can be returned to Renovo within SEVEN days of the receipt of your order for an exchange or full refund. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning a product to Renovo Technologies Ltd. Once the product has been returned your refund will be processed. Please ensure all returns are packaged adequately, as refunds will not be issued on damaged items.
If Renovo has sent you the incorrect items, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket for the return.
You can cancel any order prior to it being dispatched and receive a full refund.
Please contact us immediately via telephone (0800 002920) or email [email protected] to inform us of the cancellation request. Please include the order number and your contact details. Once your request has been completed, you will receive a refund via the payment method or credit card used for the original order.
Gift cards cannot be returned because the gift card value is activated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a product is deemed unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another product of the same value.
You can courier the item/s back to us, please note that this is at your cost. If you wish to proceed with this option please email [email protected] and we will provide the information required to send it back to us.
Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange or a refund. You will receive a refund for the product but not the delivery fee.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded.
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as the delivery company will need to inspect it.
Please contact us on 0800 002920 Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. If an item on backorder cannot be sourced within 10 – 14 working days we will give you the option of a refund for that item.
If you wish to cancel an order for any backordered item please contact us immediately to arrange a refund.
In the unlikely event that a purchased product is discontinued or is not available for an extended period we will contact you and discuss your available options.
Occasionally our stock level information is incorrect; we work to ensure this doesn’t happen but if a Clearance item is out of stock you will be notified and refunded.
GIFT CARD USAGE
Pre-paid gift certificates are redeemable for goods sold at Renovo. Lost or stolen certificates are the responsibility of the holder.
Gift cards expire 24 months after the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be used online.
Delivery lead times do vary – however our objective is to process all orders with 1 to 3 working days. If your order is required before a certain date please advise us.
Once an order has been dispatched, we aim for it to be received it within the following time frame, however we are not responsible for service provided by freight companies;
Deliveries to PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Taranaki; 1 -2 business days
North Island- Non Rural; 2 – 3 Business days
Rest of New Zealand-Non Rural; 3 – 4 business days
Rural Deliveries; 3 – 6 business days
Renovo sends all orders using track and trace a methods. If you have specific instructions to leave, then please provide this information during chekcout.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to receive your package. You can track your order by clicking on the link in the dispatch email.
All orders will be sent out to the shipping address that you confirmed at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. If you are unsure of the correct address format please consult Toll New Zealand
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us on 0800 002920 within 7 business days.
We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
ACCESSING OUR SERVICE
Other than connecting to Renovo website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Renovo website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way.
You also agree not to modify any content or service on Renovo websites.
Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.
